CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can change. To ensure I can accommodate all clients efficiently, please provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged. This fee helps me cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment. If cancellation payment is not received, you will be unable to book future appointments until the fee is settled. Thank you for your understanding.
